Este exvoto de mano popular muestra a la Virgen de Guadalupe en el extremo derecho de la lamina y a un personaje masculino orante al centro, con una vela en la mano. La inscripción inferior dice: LONJINOS GUSMAN ESTANDO GRAVEMENTE ENFERMO SENCOMENDO A N.S. DE GUADALUPE Y PRONTO QUEDO SANO CELAYALA ENERO 12 DE 1923.
